Yoga on Mount Greylock Stretch and strengthen your body while quieting your mind on the highest mountain in Massachusetts. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views in this all-level yoga class led by Rachael Plaine of Berkshire Yoga Dance & Fitness. 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Mondays – Fridays, Now – Aug. 24, Becket
Jacob’s Pillow Dance Morning Classes: for all experience levels including beginners, ages 16+. Mondays: Pilates; Tuesdays: Ballet; Wednesdays: African Dance; Thursdays: Zumba; Fridays: Modern. 8-9 a.m.

Tuesdays, Now – Sept. 4, Chatham
Ooms Conservation Area at Sutherland Pond
Supersoul Yoga teams up with the Columbia Land Conservancy to offer classes with proceeds going to support the CLC and The Foundation for Inspired Living, a non-profit established by Supersoul Farm to fund education in meditation, yoga and permaculture farming. 6-7 p.m.

Fridays, Now – July 22, Germantown
Clermont State Historic Site Gentle Yoga: Cleo Post, owner of Rainbow Body Yoga in Red Hook, NY, will introduce basic yoga poses in a serene outdoor environment. 10 a.m.

Mondays, Now – Sept. 3, Stockbridge
Naumkeag Yoga with a View: an hour of yoga on the top lawn, with an unparalleled view of the Berkshires. 9–10 a.m.

Fridays, Now – Sept. 28, Stockbridge
Naumkeag Mindfulness and Meditation in the Garden: local meditation teacher Sandrine Harris will teach techniques for settling the mind, relieving stress and gaining a deeper connection with nature. Each class will have both sitting and walking components. 9–10 a.m.

Tuesdays, Now – Aug. 28, Williamstown
Clark Art
A free weekly yoga classes with Devin Kibbe of North Adams Yoga. Suitable for all levels, the class features traditional and inspired yoga poses. Explore strengthening and mobility exercises surrounded by the beauty of nature and modern architecture. 9–10 a.m.

Saturdays, July 21 & Aug. 18, Lanesborough
Red Shirt Farm
Yoga on the Farm:  a somewhat traditional hour-long Hatha class in the outdoors. 12:30-1:30 p.m.
