New Food and Fresh Art at the Ten Spot Opening

Amy Krzanik reports from Pittsfield. The third annual TEN SPOT invitational art show, now up at the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts, features ten of Berkshire County’s best contemporary artists. The rescheduled artist’s reception on February 18 helped the 10X10 Upstreet Arts Festival kick off its celebration of theater, art, film, music, comedy, dance and more. Artists exhibiting in the show, but not pictured below, include Karl Mullen, Jeanet Ingalls and Laurie McLeod. Sponsors of the show, Mission Bar + Tapas, used the occasion to debut their new spring menu, to the delight of guests. The exhibition will be on view through February 28 and the Festival continues through February 23, with plays at the Barrington Stage Company running through March 2. (Shown above: Chris Farrell from lead sponsor of the 10 x 10 Festival, Berkshire Gas, Shiobbean Lemme and Michael Boroniec.
