Kent Memorial Library Gentle Hatha Yoga with Barrie Kavasch. Enjoy easy practical yoga postures designed to strengthen balance and the back. We focus on mindfulness and relaxation along with building strong bodies through strengthening bones, joints and muscles with classic stretches. Please register. 8:30-9:45 a.m.

Feb. 25, Kinderhook
Martin Van Buren National Historic Site Snowshoe Hike: Explore the farm on snowshoes and strengthen your leg muscles while exercising your brain to learn more about the park in the winter. Program will be led by Cornell Cooperative Extension Environmental Educator Andrew Randazzo. 11 a.m.

RT Facts Join in classes all day, try new practices, find an instructor, or discover a new service at this one-day wellness event. There will be instructors in yoga, Barre, meditation, Pilates, dance, foam roller, Tai Chi, Qigong, etc. Demos include massage, acupuncture, reflexology and juicing, etc. Suggested $25 donation will be donated to the Kent and Cornwall Ambulance squads. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Berkshire Yoga, Dance & Fitness Join ACE-Certified Personal Trainer Tammy Rose for an 8-week Hard Core Interval Training Program. This program builds every major muscle group in your body, and also focuses on smaller muscles that help define, lift and sculpt those weaker, less toned areas. 6-7 a.m.
